Stupid. It's literally not even an interview, it's just a weird thing they try to do to make it look "fun" and see if you can be out of your comfort zone but in reality it's a waste of time. You go in there and it's a big dance party then you do games and "group work" to see if you cooperate and see if you have leadership skills etc. Overall it's a waste of time
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

Interview
interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
