Refreshing, energetic process. Lots of team building activities. Very positive staff involved in the audition process. Love the fact they are looking for positive attitudes with the desire to help your team.
Group interview. They are looking at personalities and what you can contribute to the work place environment. After they get vibe for you then you do individual questioning about your experience.
Relatively easy if you have a bubbly, happy personality. I had a quick over the phone chat, and scheduled my in-person interview. The interview was quick, and the hiring manager answered all my questions.
Loved it! Ever went very well and quite smoothly. Couldn’t of been more please of how well the whole process went with this company and their hiring staff. From beginning to end it was exciting and informative.
