Very fun and selective process where they really dig deep into why you want to work for them and see if you have the personality to work for them. Get to meet people from each department as well.
At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

This is not a typical interview process be warned. I received a call for a group “hiring event” with games and dancing, followed by quick speed dating style interviewing. It is a couple hours long too.
