I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Topgolf (New York, NY)
Interview
Everyone I spoke with was great and seemed to really love my company. My issue comes with the fact that I went through 3 interviews and never even received a call or email to say the position was filled. I find it extremely unprofessional and rude to string someone along through that many interviews and then not even have the common courtesy to follow up. I followed up with the recruiter and was told "she was checking on the status and would let me know," but still nothing. I believe that all HR depts should be following up with interviewees, especially after 3 full interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty typical questions and nothing out of the ordinary.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Topgolf (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was a two step process, a phone call and an hour zoom call with the Director of Operations and Director of Sales. They go over your past employment experience and then go into detail about the position and what is expected. They wrap up asking questions about your personality and what you can bring to the culture.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Topgolf in Sept 2020
Interview
4 rounds of Interviews, they want sales experience but do not want too much of it or they will state that you are over qualified. Overall the process was pretty typical of any sales job.

What is your experience with golf, and how often do you play?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Topgolf (Roseville, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Multiple rounds with recruiters and home office management before getting to venue management. Recruiters unsure of job positions and can scare you away from what you think it is before you get to actual management. Was told not a manager position but then had own team to train and hire.
