Interview
Three rounds: HR phone screening for round 1, online Senior SDR and Sales manager screening for round 2 (where I stopped), and in-person third round.
Round 1 is your typical HR interview with a lot of general info and questions regarding your background, personality, and motive.
Round 2 consists of two back-to-back interviews: the first one with a Senior SDR and the second one with a Sales Manager. Senior SDR is more interested in your work style in a sales team setting, with mostly situational questions. The sales manager will ask more questions that test your selling experience and style.
