First telephonic round which is very nice to talk to that person. Questions are related to projects and technical as Multithreading, Design Patterns, visual studio, problem solving skills, learning new technologies. Second round is not Gud. Because of the behavior of person who takes the interview is very arrogance. There are not a single technical questions and only arguments. He is asking unrelated questions. That was Very bad experience in 6 years.
