Not only that but they install software in your PERSONAL computer that takes a screenshot every 10 minutes to see what you are doing, which to be honest felt borderline illegal. Very long process, had one phone screening and a then a face to face interview with the founder Nima that lasted over 2 hours. We discussed several strategies and techniques and he expressed a serious intent to bring me onboard. Two weeks later I'm told the final stage will require me to write a full-length vaporizer review, fully optimized for on-page SEO, and signed off on giving up rights to the content. A month later I get my rejection letter. I really hope this isn't some type of deranged content creation scheme. Slow to followup and almost no feedback. Not your typical startup hiring process.
