I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TorontoVaporizer
Interview
I had a first HR interview with a very nice person and made it to the second stage, which was a written test. After that, they stopped communicating with me and until now, I have not heard back from them. I do not mind not being selected, but I did not expect the ghosting.

Question 1
General profile Experience They ask you if you agree to have a job-tracking program installed on your computer They ask you to work with your own equipment
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TorontoVaporizer in Aug 2022
Interview
It only took me one interview to know that I wouldn't be a good fit for the company.
They ask you to use your own computer, so be prepared for that if you are in the working remote world. Not only that but they install software in your PERSONAL computer that takes a screenshot every 10 minutes to see what you are doing, which to be honest felt borderline illegal.
Reading the negative Glassdoor reviews was the last drop that made me decide to not continue with the process
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at TorontoVaporizer (Toronto, ON) in June 2016
Interview
Very long process, had one phone screening and a then a face to face interview with the founder Nima that lasted over 2 hours. We discussed several strategies and techniques and he expressed a serious intent to bring me onboard. Two weeks later I'm told the final stage will require me to write a full-length vaporizer review, fully optimized for on-page SEO, and signed off on giving up rights to the content. A month later I get my rejection letter. I really hope this isn't some type of deranged content creation scheme. Slow to followup and almost no feedback. Not your typical startup hiring process.
