Interview
Interviewing manager was friendly and asked simple questions to determine skill level. Portfolio required for this position, best to show examples of photo editing and some composite work. They briefly described the type of work you will be doing but mostly they want to know that you are willing to work there for a while and that you can work weekends.

They ask if you are good under pressure. Important question. This bakery is fast paced and you should be able to keep up with demands.
