Interviewed at Houston outlet mall. When I arrived I had to fill out application on busy sales floor. Then interviewed outside in 100 degree weather with all distractions. Very unprofessional!
Quick interview with assistant manager, pleasant and easy, told me what to expect, and when I would start. It was a seasonal job. Introduced me to the others and explained the app and payroll.
The interview process was intermediate but fair and I ended getting the position after the second interview which I was excited about. I received a call from the hiring manager and was offered the position
