I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tory Burch (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2015
Interview
Brief, relaxed, thorough. The interviewer asked me questions pertaining my performance on the floor. The whole thing took about an hour. She explained what was expected of me and what I should expect from the traffic at the store. At the very end, she asked if I had any questions and if I had any concerns.

Quick interview with assistant manager, pleasant and easy, told me what to expect, and when I would start. It was a seasonal job. Introduced me to the others and explained the app and payroll.
The interview process was intermediate but fair and I ended getting the position after the second interview which I was excited about. I received a call from the hiring manager and was offered the position
