Interview process was pretty straightforward. I interviewed with the “big boss” for my first interview. And then moved forward to the second interview. Second interview I was pretty much accepted. They just described what I would be doing and what not.

Interview
Phone interview with the Corporate recruite. I then met with Program mansger and a vice president. These were virtual teams meetings. I met with the vice president that would be my direct manager in person.

Interview
The interview was fairly easy. Basic questions, more of a conversation than anything. The only behavioral interview question I was asked was about a time I failed to do something right. They mainly talked about the position and about Toshiba. The guys were extremely easy to talk to and seemed liked they cared a lot.
