The interview process is very streamlined. Once the recruiter reaches out to have the initial phone screen and determine eligibility you move on to interview with hiring manager. If this goes well then you have to do training and score at a certain level. If things achieved then you are hired and begin onboarding.

Ed, the owner did the interview himself. He was thorough and went over my experience as well as asked questions that would gauge my competency for the position. He was personable and even offered me something to drink.
