It took about 30 minutes. I walked into the store and was greeted by the Store Manager. He took me into their back room where the Assistant Manager was already waiting. They were super nice and asked me to tell me about myself and work history before they got into the nitty gritty details about their lives. Over all, it was a pretty calm interview. I got offered a position on the spot. They really appreciated that I played hockey, and that I had leadership and customer service experience.

Literally there was no interview at all, the manager emailed me after I applied online, and told me if I come in and get some papers to get set up with the job, and turn in the papers and the job.
