Well to begin with, this is one of those company which won't pay you fixed salary and you would get only commissions (big trap, will be stuck in a loop).
Upon asking to let the hiring manager decide my salary after he takes my interview the hr directly declines as if she is the one taking decisions for the company.
I agreed to those terms after thinking a little but then big bomb drops. I will be in training for 3 months wherein I won't be paid a penny.
