I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TotalMed Staffing in Jan 2026
Interview
I had a disappointing experience during the interview process due to a complete lack of follow-up and communication. I completed two introductory interviews, received detailed information about the role and company benefits, and was asked to complete a time-intensive assessment within 48 hours, which I did. After submitting the assessment, I received no response or feedback, despite multiple professional follow-ups through several channels.
I recognize that hiring priorities can change; however, when candidates are asked to invest significant time, timely communication and closure are a basic expectation. Even a brief update or minimal feedback would have demonstrated respect for the candidate experience. Based on this experience, future candidates may want to carefully consider the level of time they invest in this interview process.

Question 1
Are you interested in the next step of the interviewing process by completing the assessment required by all candidates?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TotalMed Staffing (Appleton, WI) in July 2024
Interview
Chatted with corporate recruiter. Went into office and interviewed with team lead and director. Then Job shadowed for the position. The interview with the lead and director was very conversational and they asked questions about myself and my past work experience.

What would win a fight? A Grizzly bear or Gorilla?
One phone call with manager for 20 or so minutes. Called the next day and offered the role - was a bit surprised because I am used to multiple interviews.
