Senior Business Analyst - Development/Strategy Interview

      18 Nov 2015
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tough Mudder (New York, NY) in Nov 2012

      Interview

The People team moved quickly to set up the interviews with the relevant employees that represented a cross-section of the company, not just the people in the department you are applying to. Interviewing was thorough. Combines case studies with personality-based questions. "Fit" seems to be very important. Some interviews are two-on-one but not that intimidating.
