Towbin Dodge interview questions

The interview process was quick. I got a call from a receptionist about two days after I applied to set up an interview with their hiring manager last Friday. The interview on Friday was semi-formal, with him detailing the stresses and rewards that car sales had to give. I was under the impression that he was impressed with my technical background and gave an insight to what car sales is like on the non technical side. However, I was supposed to get a call from him in a couple days to confirm if got the role, but unfortunately, it has been a few days past the manager's self-imposed deadline and it looks like I didn't even get the courtesy call to let me know that I wasn't hired. For a company that prides itself in being a "family", it is very disappointing to see that they lack professionalism and common courtesy.
