One on One interview with the Account Manager at my site. I was given the interview on a referral from a current Assistant Account Manager. Most employees attend a group interview at a hiring event, and then get one on one interviews if they make it through the group interview.

Efficient. Mission focused conversation to understand the breakdown of how a person person works on a daily basis. Received a call back within a week. Training day starts this week.
