Township High School District 211 interview questions

Talk with administration and answer questions. Talked about my philosophy of education. Talked about my behavior management methods. Talked about the type of students I worked with in the past. Talked about technology in the classroom. Talked about grading scales and how to motivate students.

Good not too intimidating although I was nervous. Called in for second interview. I didn't get the job. Awarded to a district 211 employee. How it should be I guess, but why offer nterviews to outside individuals still a mystery to me. Overall a good experience, you never know until you try. Good district to get into or so i am told, good luck to anyone trying.
