Very lengthy and delayed. It was 4 months from application to the end. There was limited communication from the recruiting team. I asked specifics questions via email and never received a response

Star format. Needed examples for specific questions and had to newer them in the star format
Nice, but too many questions, and too many rounds with different people. Seems to be too much for a simple role of a manager in aftersales dept to sell parts and accessories.

5 rounds of interview. They donno who should be the correct interviewer. And the interviewer keep on asking the same question. They dont have experioence to conduct interview. Crap company
