Only in person person interview was held even during the Peak Covid shutdown times even though I was located 400kms from the company. They help 3 rounds of interview, 1 in telephone and other two in person. They didn't have a little decency to send me a rejection email at last. I followed up and got to know they chose someone who is more fit than me, and I totally understand as its companies requirement adn fit. But, being a big company the HR could have replied with what was the things that I lagged so that it would help to attend interviews later which the HR manager didn't too.
