The interview process was very normal. You apply online and then take a phone screen. The next step is a group setting interview where you are in a room with multiple leaders.

It was an internal affair. Toys R Us has a strong culture of promoting from within to fill positions in the field. As with all all interviews, it is important to be yourself and be prepared to expound on your strengths.
