Interview
They take you into their staff area and divide you into 2 teams, each team is designated the topic cat, and the other dog, you then have to argue with the other team. You're then given an item that you have to upsell in front of the whole group. After that, you're given a label with an item on that you again have to upsell to everyone. They then decide if they want to go further with your application, if so you're either told to leave or told to wait for 1 on 1 interviews. Staff are extremely miserable throughout the whole process. I got offered the job but declined based off how awful the entire experience was.

Interview
A group interview with 30-40 people. There were a few store managers from other stores there also. We waited out the foyer after we handed our CV's, forms and birth certificates. We were separated into 4/5 groups. We had to stand in a large circle with everyone and say our name, a toy we loved in our childhood and who would win out of superman and batman. Then after that the person who was running your group called out the group number that I was in and we sat down in another room, we sat at the tables with our groups.
