      Customer Support Manager Interview

      11 Apr 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Irving, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TraXtion (Irving, TX) in Nov 2023

      Interview

The interview process was very efficient. I had a phone interview with HR. She called back to schedule an interview with the COO (the hiring manager) and that person was in person. Within a week, he called me back to ask a few more questions about my technical background. I came in the office for a 2nd interview, met with one of the senior members of the support team to get an overview of the type of support they provide. I shared with the hiring manager, what I was comfortable with and my concerns. He said he would call back with in a week, he did and made me an offer. Quick, efficient and painless, the company did everything they could do to make this a good experience for both sides.
