I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Traceable
Interview
6 interviews over the course of over a month and then ghosted. At the time, they seemed very under-resourced, i.e. lack of CMO and other roles needing filled. While I can empathize with that, it is completely disrespectful of someone's time investment in your company to not communicate with them in a timely manner and let them know that you either need more time or you found a better fit in someone else. Have to be honest that I'm glad this one sizzled out because I knew that was not the current culture I was a looking for.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The recruiter communicated continuously and kept me informed of next steps throughout. The range of folks I got to speak with during the process helped me get a good feel for the company culture and who I would be collaborating with.
