I applied online. I interviewed at Track24 in Dec 2025
Interview
I had an introductory Zoom interview with an HR advisor, which initially seemed promising. After the call, I sent multiple follow-up emails, both shortly after the interview and again weeks later following the holiday period, but never received any response or update.
While disappointing at the time, this experience ultimately proved informative. Being completely ghosted after a video interview reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and communication standards. In my experience, how a company treats candidates during the interview process is often indicative of how it operates internally.
Clear communication and basic professional courtesy matter, and their absence here spoke volumes.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Track24 (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
I applied for the SDR role and the process was clear and professional.
Stage 1: 30-min intro with HR covering background, motivation, and SDR basics.
Stage 2 (assessment brief): Create one cold-outreach email and a 2–3 page brochure positioning AtlasNXT for a chosen ICP. The work was due by 5pm the day before the interview so the team could review and prepare questions.
Stage 3 (on-site): Competency + commercial interview and a run-through of the assessed work. The session combined Q&A on my experience, short commercial scenarios aligned to their domain/client jurisdictions, an AtlasNXT pitch, objection handling, and discussion around metrics and collaboration style.
Timeline from first contact to decision was about 1 week. I didn’t receive an offer, but I did receive prompt, constructive feedback. Overall a considerate, structured experience.
