Interview
I applied through the company`s website and got the first feedback after 3 days.
The process was as follows:
1. Technology screening (self-assessment about technologies used in the company).
2. Online coding challenge (relatively simple).
3. Interview with the talent scout.
4. Coding task.
5. Technical interview with firmware team leads.
6. Short Interview with head of hardware/firmware.
7. Short interview with COO.
8. The offer :)
The total process took about 6 weeks. All interviews were held online with flexible schedules and quick feedback. Everyone was nice and friendly and I felt comfortable during all the interviews! In a nutshell, everything was on point, leading to a great experience!
I had a very pleasant chat with a recruiter from Tractive, with basic introduction questions. The first round does not contain any technical questions or tests, as these are covered outside right before and after the introductory interview.

Interview
I didn't finish the process because I got a proposal from another company, but I can say it is very fair and without a lack of communication. I did a coding challenge which was 1 hour only and this was amazing because I already had made a coding challenge with 3 hours duration. Besides that, I got an interview with HR and she was very nice and provided all the information I needed. After that, she sent me a task related to the challenges one can find in the company, so I liked this idea because the candidate can have a taste of the challenges he can face during a daily basis activity.
I just believe the process could be shorter. There are a lot of steps and this can dese-stimulate the candidate.
