I walked in after being referred by my mother. I interviewed with a woman who was relaxed and casual. She asked me about my experience and education. Within 15 minutes I was offered the job. I had only applied a week or so before. And within a couple of days I came in to do a swab drug test and fill out background check and other paperwork. Started the day after the background check cleared.
