      Account Executive Interview

      17 Sept 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TracyLocke (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2019

      Interview

Had a day full of interviews with people from the account team, creative and project management. Took all day but it did not feel overwhelming. They were all really nice and I could tell they took their time to get to know me and my skills.

      Account Executive Interview

      30 July 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dallas, TX
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TracyLocke (Dallas, TX)

      Interview

Interviewer was very course and skipped over nay formalities of her name, title, etc. and went straight into asking me why I'm wanting to leave my current company and how much I make now. She asked if I had experience with CRM and I asked her to expand on that and she replied "if you have to ask, then you probably don't have it". She was extremely rude and we ended the call soon after that.

      Account Executive Interview

      30 Oct 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Wilton, CT
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TracyLocke (Wilton, CT) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Interview was for a position on the Heineken team, but all the interview questions were related to Pepsi. Thinking this was strange when the advertised role was for Heineken, when I asked the interviewer why they were asking me Pepsi and not Heineken questions he said, "Just to be clear, you are accepting a role with TracyLocke, not Heineken, and we can stick you wherever we need you. Thinking this was strange I did not follow up for the next round. I have experience with beer wine and spirit Clients, and that desired career path. I now work at a competitor agency with many TracyLocke alumni and they informed me it is common for them to bait and switch people. A few of my colleges were hired for Gatorade jobs and they started them on an unrelated Pepsi position or other Clients. Be wary of TracyLocke.
