Interview
The process was pretty messy, a lot of the interviews were postponed more than one time. The HR representative was very friendly but still there were a lot of misunderstandings and time wasting.

Question 1
There were two interviews. First one was a personal one to determine you are a team player but also talked a lot about having the same 'vibes' as the workers. Second one was solving as assignment together with the manager.
Interview with group Manager started with going over the CV and answering questions regarding the work there, suspecious comments and what convinced to apply to TradAir. Continue with questions in order to identify thougth process. Then more techincal questions with the Support TL

2 technical interviews and very nice home assignment.
It wasn't too hard, but it looks like they are looking only for seniors
Everyone who related to the process was kind and the office looks nice.
