The recruiter did not share an update about my application for a Consultant role at their HK office. During the interview, he sounded sloppy and rushed, and he didn't know much about the role or the company. Very bad candidate experience.
There was no update after completing the interview process with the company. Very disrespectful. Would not recommend this company to my connections (especially after looking through the bad reviews).
Well… recruiter bluffed about the job scope during the call and I only found out the information wasn’t correct during the conversation with the hiring manager.
Would suggest the company to investigate on how to align the hiring needs with the recruiter to deliver legit information. If not, it’s a waste of your candidates’ time and effort.
