Simple. Managment didnt seem very focused on actual experience. They are looking for good personalities to work with. If you are energetic and convinvcing, you get the job. Standing on your feet all day tho.
good stuff went on here i am making words for this so i can simply look at so damn salary numbers. i can not believe this is a real thing for this look at what i say for now.
