3 interviews in total. 2 interviews with supervisors they call mates and the last interview with the manager they call captain. The interviews are seeking out your personality more than your skills. Too many interviews for a grocery store job if you ask me .

Basic interview questions such as tell me about yourself? What are your hobbies outside work? What is the best customer service you have received?
The interview process was a combination of competitive and down to earth. I found it more easy to be "myself" with the interviewer than I was expecting, and felt comfortable opening up about my strengths and opportunities
