The interview process was great. First a mate interview me then the captain. After that the mate scheduling hours. Everyone in the store is exceptionally nice. The concept of trader joe's is courteous and nice to all that works there and help one another.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
