I went into the store just asking for an application and was immediately asked some interview-type questions. I filled out my information at the store and gave them my application soon after. I was called back a few days later for an interview with some mates. I honestly thought that it went poorly but I was called back for another interview with the store manager a few days later.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
