They were professional and created a very welcoming experience. Overall I would say that it was one of the better interviews that I've been through. They worked to get me in quickly and the process was as simple as I could've hoped for. I was called for an interview within two days of applying.

It is a smoke and mirrors show first you interview with the sales manager who says he likes you, then you interview with the general manager who plays indifferent then you meet the area manager who is just stoic but the whole time they are desperate and hoping that you choose to work there

Two interviews consisted of common interview questions. Traveled to local office. Professional attire required including tie during work day. First interview with office manager. Second interview with regional vice president. Met office staff during interview process. Rode with an existing field representative, taken out on a job site location, and shown typical day to day interaction.
