      Java Software Engineer Interview

      25 May 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at TradingScreen

      Interview

      1. Telephone interview (technical) with the Software Lead. 2. Pair programming session with Team mate 3. Technical interview again 4. Final interview with the managers. Straight forward interview, but beware they are using plain core Java and you might end up working on it. Interviewer mentioned about the decision of not using Spring in the company because they think its overhead etc. I decided it not for me then and there as they depend completely on Java to do all the heavy lifting. Even the front end it Jawa Swing like in the middle ages.
