I applied via linkedin and was then reached out by an internal recruiter and setup a virtual appointment to do and initial screening for suitability. After I went through the interview with the recruiter, he was supposed to have a discussion with the hiring manager to move on to the next phase of the hiring/interview process. After a week of waiting sent a follow-up email and then nothing. I got ghosted. No thank you for your time, or we will not be moving forward with your candidacy or anything.
