Traffic & Parking Control Co interview questions

Applied, resume selected for further and got a phone screening call and later they told me to provide availability timings for interview with hiring manager and it went on for 3 weeks and mailed me that they went ahead with another candidate. During those 3 weeks I was in constant touch with hiring team but this is what I got at the end
