After applying online, I had a phone screener with the HR for 30 minutes. The HR person was late for almost 15 minutes but somehow talked to me in a very unpleasant tone and rude. The company is proud of "Diversity" but I highly doubt this from the way she (native english speaker) talked since she added "if that makes sense" phrase at the end of almost every sentence when she speak. Also, personally I felt the interview questions are little bit childish and quite negative (please refer below). It is as if implying that you will have to deal with this kind of ridiculous company politics if you work for this company.
