All interviews (2 total) happened over the phone, one with a recruiter (this was a college recruiting process), and one with my hiring manager. As it was a technical position, the second round interview was fairly technical, the first was entirely behavioral (typical tell me about yourself, tell me about a time when...)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

I applied through university. I interviewed at Trane Technologies
Interview
I applied to Trane through my college placement drive. Only a few students were shortlisted for interviews — some faced technical questions while others were asked only HR-related questions.
