Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and was very eager to get connected by phone. Asked me general questions about why I was looking to move and then had me fill out a questionnaire asking about my product management methodology and how I would manage the role. I spent a few hours carefully crafting a proposal of how I would handle the role using my 10+ years of experience. Recruiter ghosted me and did not reply after receiving my proposal. Multiple emails went unanswered and I feel like Trane was fishing for information from industry subject matter experts.
