I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Trans-Ocean Products (Bellingham, WA) in July 2011

Interview

We all sat down at a table with about 5 others and introduced ourselves to one another. After that we went on a little "tour" around the factory and could ask questions if we wanted. After the tour we were to be notified another day whether we were hired or not.
