The interview process started with a first interview where I presented my background, my skills, and my motivation for the position. The discussion went well, and I felt that I answered the questions clearly and showed my interest in the role. However, I was not selected to move forward after this first interview, and I was not given a specific reason why.

Where do you see yourself in 2–3 years?
After handing in my CV, I was asked to sit a test that consisted in spotting mistakes and inconsistencies between some source texts and target texts in a foreign language (must have been Swedish)
I had a first Skype call with HR, the day after a second Skype call with a Manager, two days after that an interview in the office with the Director, then a final eye test, a one-week wait for the result, and after 20 days finally an offer!
