The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TransPerfect (San Diego, CA) in June 2010
Interview
Got a random call from HR for a 10 minute screening. Asked basic questions about where I want to be in 5 years, how much salary do I expect, what is my greatest accomplishment, greatest weakness, and etc. Then she set up another phone interview for the following day along with a homework assignment. It consisted of 3 essay questions. The next phone interview was basically the same questions. Asked me if I would to have dinner with 3 people from the past who would it be. That kind of threw me off. I usually get asked for 1 person if any.

1st and 2nd round asked why I would like to join a tech firm as such. 3rd round asked the same but more in depth by wanting to know what are the ways I educate myself on the tech sector.
Very concise no more than 30 mins. After speaking at length about stress levels and strength and weakness i felt like the interviewer listened and evaluated my skills for the best fit.
