I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect in Mar 2022
Interview
The process began with a phone interview with a recruitment coordinator, which was very pleasant and informative. Following this, I was scheduled for an hour long video interview with a manager.
This video interview was scheduled to be with one person, however, when I entered the meeting there were two people awaiting me, already in discussion. I was caught off guard, thinking maybe I had entered a reused link and was interrupting another interview. The two people did not greet me or reassure in any way that I was where I was supposed to be, instead just immediately moving forward, forcing me to ask outright if they were speaking to me. Because of this, I felt embarrassed and had a hard time connecting for the first stretch of the interview. My reaction is on me, I just wish they had let me know that my interviewer/s changed so I wasn't blindsided and confused.
