I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Barcelona) in May 2014
Interview
The first interview was on the phone. I received a call from a person working in Spain and accent was difficult to understand. Then I was then given a two section, two hour test via email. They gave me two pairs of documents and had to find the discrepancies between them.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Buenos Aires) in Sept 2020
Interview
Had one Skype interview with the recruiter and then several with different team members/supervisors, always to discuss the same things (and avoid my questions about salary or benefits). Then I had to do a skills test.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Barcelona) in July 2015
Interview
I was first contacted by email after applying in a recruitment website. They offered me a phone conversation in a non suitable time. I answered the email stating which time I could have a phone interview, and again they gave me another time that wasn't working for me. After two weeks of email conversations, I could finally arrange a time and date with a recruiter. I had a phone call of about 30 minutes, they asked me about education, professional experience, job tasks and responsabilities, strengths, weaknesses and professional expectations. I was a bit surprised because the recruiter told me she would just ask general questions and she was doing a normal interview by phone. After the questions and job details, she told me I would be sent a timed test to be completed and that they would contact me back. I have never heard from them again. Probably because they continuously change recruiters.
