Had 4 interviews. The first guy seemed really lost and was distracted during the interview. The second guy was more put together but seemed completely unenthusiastic. The third person didn't seem to understand the role when I asked questions about it. The fourth person was the only one that I felt inspired to work for. All very easy phone interviews, but 3/4 of them seemed to be kind of lost and unenthusiastic. Biggest red flag for me was when I asked what kind of training and onboarding they have for new hires, and they all basically said "you'll be thrown straight in." Between that and their obviously fake positive glassdoor reviews, I wasn't inspired to accept the offer.
