Transamerica interview questions

Interview process was pretty straightforward and calm. There are 3-ish rounds: 1st round is phone screening with recruiter (30 min), 2nd round is 1 interview with 2 actuaries (30 min), 3rd/final round is also 1 interview with 2 actuaries (30 min), so 3 interviews in total. After the final round, I got the offer 2 days later. All in all, from the moment I applied to the moment I got the offer was roughly 3 weeks.

I did not apply for the role, the recruited reached out through email to me to schedule an interview, I joined on time, no one showed up, no follow-up email. Super unprofessional and inconsiderate,
