Transfer Express Graphic Designer interview questions

Two people asked hypothetical about past work interactions. They where very friendly. When the subject of pay came up, they explained how the company gives away gift cards and things like that as intensives. When I asked if they felt the starting pay they where offering was they talked in circles. I have often noticed ads for the same job, I asked about that and they said they where growing fast, on the tour of the company I noticed no new desks or any sign of growth. The employees where all busy, The list of skills they wanted for this position should bring $14-15 an hour, they said starting was $10 and hour with a raise after 90 days. 2 weeks later I noticed they where advertising $11 to start..
